Matt Revens

Matt Revens is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years of post-qualification experience. His wide expertise and experience includes design, specification and project management.

Matt has worked extensively both in private practice and client side, giving him the unique insight invaluable in assuring successful project delivery.

In addition to overseeing the commercial aspects of our prospective and key contracts, Matt frequently manages the bridging role between project design and delivery.

Currently, Matt is orchestrating the mobilisation of a ten year refurbishment framework contract for a major client portfolio of London based commercial and residential properties.
