Nick Christofi

Nick heads up our team that delivers a major framework contract to a high street Bank across the South East. Over the past five years he has successfully delivered numerous occupied branch and office upgrade projects over this large geographical area.

He handles a variety of fit out and planned maintenance initiatives across the Bank’s portfolio, most recently including; a £1m re-roofing project of a critical building, a £600k internal redecoration, a re-carpeting project for a new drop-in office environment, and numerous external and internal projects undertaken as part of an annual programme of enhancements.

Nick focuses on combining the highest standards of delivery with full empathy of client and commercial values whilst building strong relationships. This provides the ideal platform for customer satisfaction and leads to a passion for maintaining a ‘Business as Usual’ approach for all building users in the delivery of projects.

Nick holds City & Guilds Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery and a Construction Site Manager’s Safety Certificate.
