An internal refurbishment of a Grade II listed terraced property, providing modern, flexible office accommodation across five floors of mixed-use tenancy.
Works included redecorations and replacement floor finishes throughout, plus full refurbishment of the washrooms and kitchen areas.
The building was completely rewired. Door access and video entry systems were installed and lighting upgraded to LED PIR.
Existing gas boilers were replaced with air source heat pumps and Zip taps installed to provide instant boiling water.
Working with our partners, we provided a complete turnkey solution including office furniture and artwork.
