Originally known as Christ Church Marylebone, this iconic Grade II* Listed Building was constructed in 1822. This Neoclassical masterpiece is now home to Greenhouse Sports Centre, delivering high-quality sports programmes to the local community.
Undetected roof leaks had threatened to destroy the roof and detailed internal plaster work, posing a significant risk. We refurbished the spectacular external architectural features including stone cleaning and stone repairs, structural roof replacements, and new slate and lead roofing.
Internally, we renewed and repaired damaged sections of heritage plaster work. Our Mechanical team replaced the time-expired Air Handling Units and associated controls.
