Dating from 1759, this stunning building sits in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia.
The pub’s extensive refurbishment included the creation of five new boutique bedrooms. As a Grade II Listed property, close liaison was required between the heritage, design and construction teams to respect the building’s historic value
Extensive structural rectifications were required before any reconfiguration could begin. Acoustic separation, fire rating and service installation works were carried out to meet the comfort and safety requirements of the new ensuite bedrooms.
High-level decorative finishes were applied to the bedrooms, bar, and facilities areas, and to the newly converted vaulted basement bar.
