Business Operations Manager

Daniela manages our operational functions across HR, compliance, policies and procedures, and day-to-day business operations.

With a background in law and a degree in the field, she brings a strong understanding of legislation, risk management and regulatory requirements to her role.  Her legal knowledge enables her to approach business operations with a strong focus on ensuring the company remains compliant, well-structured and equipped to manage its responsibilities effectively.

Alongside compliance and HR, Daniela also supports the wider business with risk management, operational development and process improvement.
