Richard Messling

As well as managing the strategic aspects of the company’s direction, Richard also heads up the Commercial and Retail divisions of the organisation.

Under his direction, his team of Senior Project Managers are responsible for major refurbishment works for multi-site chains including McMullen & Sons Ltd, Waterstones and Winkworth Estate Agents, as well as projects emanating from key surveying companies such as CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle and Lambert Smith Hampton.

Richard has over 30 years’ experience within the building industry and a wealth of construction knowledge in all sectors of the commercial markets. He actively manages key client relationships and takes ultimate responsibility for the financial aspects of the company’s tendering processes.
